– Wood deck refinished and updated. Old paint stripped, deck boards fixed and replaced, loose boards fixed, screws tightened and integrity checked, fresh coat of paint applied.
– Symmetrical parallel trellis barrier installed under deck creating a more modern and streamlined look.
– Kitchen cabinets painted, new sink and faucet installed including garbage disposal, new appliances moved into place and installed.
– New gas line brought under the house from gas main to new gas stove.
– Roof fixed in multiple places
– Bathroom remodel, new tile floor, new vanity cabinet with new faucet and sink
